Plot : Sarah Jessica Parker dons the role of Kate Reddy in this film. Now Kate is the creation of Allison Pearson, who charted her out in a book of hers that goes with the same name. Kate is a working woman, who devotes her daytime to her financial management firm; she is a manager in that organization. Back home she juggles whatever time she has, to put her family life in order. Her husband is a downsized architect and she has two children. Not only does she earn the bread for her family, but also aims to lead her family life like any non-working mother or wife. It is this target of hers, of doing everything herself, that complicates the things in her life. As she struggles to manage this bit, she is handed over new responsibilities at work that require her to pay regulator visits to New York. Not only does this add chaos to her already confused life, but it also makes her come in contact with Pierce Brosnan’s character, who proves to be quite a temptation to her. As you watch I Don’t Know How She Does It online, you find out how comically this movie brings out the hectic schedule that many working married women go through. As the movie progresses, there comes a chapter where it is shown that Kate leaves her job and goes over to the country to give her family life the time it deserves. As her husband gets the job that he had been after, the pressure on her shoulders to provide for the bread of her family eases and she is able to find life more comfortable and relaxing.
